Geotube Dewatering Systems – High-Strength Geotextile Tubes for Sludge, Dredging & Environmental Applications

Engineered geotextile tube solutions designed for efficient sludge dewatering, sediment containment, dredging operations, and coastal protection. Our geotubes offer a cost-effective and environmentally responsible alternative to mechanical dewatering systems.

What Is a Geotube Dewatering System?

A Geotube, also known as a geotextile tube, is a large permeable container fabricated from high-strength woven polypropylene geotextile fabric. It is hydraulically filled with sludge, dredged sediment, contaminated soil, or industrial slurry. During the filling process, water drains through the geotextile while solid particles are retained inside, enabling effective solid-liquid separation.

Geotube dewatering systems significantly reduce material volume, transportation costs, and disposal requirements. They are widely used in wastewater treatment plants, dredging projects, mining operations, environmental remediation, and hydraulic engineering due to their efficiency, flexibility, and durability.
