Installation Guide for Bi-Axial Geogrid

Follow these recommended steps to ensure correct installation and optimal soil reinforcement performance:

1️⃣ Prepare and Level the Subgrade – Clear debris and level the ground to create a stable working surface.

2️⃣ Unroll the Geogrid Flat on the Surface – Place the geogrid with tension to avoid wrinkles or folds.

3️⃣ Overlap Adjacent Rolls by 20–30 cm – Ensure proper overlap in both directions for continuous reinforcement.

4️⃣ Fix with Pins or Staples – Secure the geogrid to the subgrade using metal pins, staples, or anchors to prevent shifting during backfilling.

5️⃣ Backfill and Compact with Suitable Materials – Place granular material over the geogrid, then compact in layers to achieve strong interlock and load distribution.
